Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Pearl is 100% cotton rag paper that is is acid and lignin free. It is made without optical brightening agents, which means it has a natural, creamy white colour that will not change over time. The soft luster (pearl) finish gives each print deep blacks and beautiful, rich colours.
Ink
Prints are made using archival pigment inks with a lightfastness rating of over 100 years before any noticeable fading occurs.
Framing
The photo is framed in an elegant, gallery-style wood moulding (black or white finish).
Acid free mat board (4″ white) and UV protective conservation glass are used to enhance the longevity of your print.
Finished size of the 8” x 12” print once framed is 17 1/4” x 21 1/4”.
Finished size of the 12” x 18” print once framed is 21 1/4” x 27 1/4”.
Float-mount Option
The print is drymounted onto 1/8″ masonite board and then laminated with a matte UV protective film.
There is a recessed back frame (not visible) so the photograph appears to float on the wall.
